We are hiring two senior leaders to build the business from the ground up.
Senior Manager — Business Development & Sales Strategy
Role Summary
We are looking for a driven sales professional from the concrete products / precast / building materials industry to build Stoniq's market ahead of launch — mapping demand, laying the dealer pipeline and opening institutional doors, so that the plant starts with orders waiting. - Open relationships with infrastructure contractors, builders, architects, landscape consultants, government departments and industrial customers
- Build a pre-launch order pipeline and demand forecasts feeding production planning
- Recommend pricing structure, dealer margins and channel schemes
- Begin specification groundwork with architects and consultants for premium products
As We Scale — Post-Launch
- Appoint and onboard dealers; drive secondary sales and dealer support programs
- Convert institutional orders; tender participation, empanelments and GeM
- Establish CRM discipline, sales MIS and reporting
- Customer visits and complaint resolution
- Recruit and lead the sales team as the business grows
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- BE / B.Tech or MBA (Marketing) preferred; Diploma with strong industry experience considered
Experience
- 5–10 years overall; minimum 3 years in sales of concrete pavers, blocks, precast or allied building materials
- Proven dealer development and institutional / government sales track record
- Experience selling products from fully automated vibropress lines, wet press lines or precast articles will be preferred
- Experience in a product launch or new market entry will be an added advantage
Skills
- Dealer & channel management, institutional sales, pricing, negotiation and CRM
- Strong presentation and specification-selling skills; willingness to travel extensively
- Working knowledge of regional markets and languages an advantage
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience and industry standards, along with performance-based incentives linked to business development, sales growth and profitability.
