Manufacturing Excellence

Quality & Technology

State-of-the-Art Manufacturing

Stoniq Hardscapes operates with modern manufacturing technology, rigorous quality control and comprehensive testing laboratories. Every product meets IS 15658 standards and is engineered for durability, performance and professional specifications.

Process

Manufacturing Technology

01 Raw Materials

Sourced and tested for consistency. All materials meet specifications for strength, durability and environmental standards.

02 Mixing & Batching

Computer-controlled batching ensures consistent concrete composition and strength across all production batches.

03 Pressing & Molding

High-pressure pressing systems create dense, durable pavers with precise dimensions and consistent quality.

04 Curing & Hardening

Controlled curing chambers ensure optimal hardening and strength development for superior durability.

05 Quality Testing

Every batch undergoes rigorous testing for compressive strength, water absorption, freeze-thaw resistance.

06 Final Inspection

Visual inspection for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and finish consistency before packaging.

Compliance

Quality Standards

IS 15658 Compliance

Indian Standard IS 15658 specifies requirements for precast concrete paving blocks. Stoniq products meet or exceed all standards.

Compressive Strength: M30 to M50 grades | Dimensional Accuracy: ±2mm tolerance | Water Absorption: <6% | Freeze-Thaw Resistance: 50+ cycles | Traffic Performance: High-traffic certified

Quality Systems

Built to endure.

The facility is being designed around integrated quality systems, disciplined processes and comprehensive testing — from material to dispatch.

01

Modern Technology

The proposed manufacturing unit will be equipped with state-of-the-art forming, finishing and quality control systems — designed to deliver consistent, dimensionally accurate products at intended production scale.

02

Premium Finishes

Architectural textures, colour options and surface treatments are being developed for architects, landscape consultants and premium applications — with samples and specifications.

03

Laboratory Testing

A dedicated testing laboratory is planned to verify that products conform to IS 15658 and BIS standards — testing for strength, dimensions, water absorption and abrasion before dispatch.

04

Reliable Supply

Located strategically at Padganur, Vijayapura, the facility is intended to serve direct projects, institutional customers and dealer networks with short delivery cycles and dependable logistics across the region.

Integrated Capabilities

The manufacturing platform

Stoniq's facility is being designed to integrate multiple technologies, processes and quality systems into a single manufacturing platform.

Forming Technology

Vibro-Press & Wet-Press

Dual-technology forming enables both high-volume interlocking pavers and specialty architectural formats, with options for face-mix and pigmented finishes.

Quality Control

Laboratory Testing

In-house testing for strength, dimensions, water absorption and abrasion — against IS 15658 standards. Every batch meets performance criteria before dispatch.

Finishing Capability

Surface Specialisation

Shot-blasting, texture finishing and pigment application enable premium surface quality, architectural character and lasting colour — not just functional pavers.

Proposed Manufacturing Process

Six quality gates
by design

The manufacturing process is designed around six quality checkpoints — from material specification through laboratory verification. No product reaches dispatch without passing each gate.

SCROLL — YOU DRIVE THE LINE ↓
GATE 01

It starts as a recipe

Aggregates, cement, pigment and admixture — weighed by computer, not by guesswork. Every batch logged, every batch repeatable.

GATE 02

Pressed into shape

High-pressure forming with vibration compacts the mix dense and true — and lays a pigment-rich face mix where the world will see it.

GATE 03

It warms itself

The block's own heat of hydration is recirculated around it inside 100 mm PUF-insulated chambers — a 24-hour cycle of self-generated warmth. No sun-dried shortcuts.

GATE 04

The surface earns character

Shot-blasting and texture finishing expose the aggregate and deepen the colour — the difference between a block and hardscape.

GATE 05

It proves itself

Strength, dimensions, absorption, abrasion — tested in-house against IS 15658. Blocks that don't pass don't leave.

GATE 06

Strapped & sent

Palletised, strapped and dispatched on short cycles from Vijayapura — arriving as it left the lab: ready to be walked on for decades.
