Stoniq Hardscapes LLP ("Stoniq", "we", "us") operates stoniqhardscapes.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Vendor registrations: company details, contact person, phone, email, address, statutory identifiers (GSTIN, PAN, Udyam), business information, and any documents you choose to upload (statutory certificates, company profile).
- Career applications: details you send by email in response to posted roles, including your resume.
- Newsletter subscriptions: your name, email address and business profile.
- Enquiries: the details you submit through our contact and enquiry forms.
How we use it
We use this information solely to evaluate and manage vendor empanelment, respond to enquiries, process job applications, and send occasional updates about Stoniq to subscribers. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in secured business accounts operated by us on established platforms (including Google Workspace services and our website hosting provider, Netlify). Uploaded documents are stored in access-restricted storage available only to Stoniq's management. Reasonable safeguards are applied, though no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Retention & your choices
We retain vendor and enquiry information for as long as relevant to our procurement and business activities. You may at any time request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to info@stoniqhardscapes.com from the email address you registered with, and we will act on verified requests within a reasonable period.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. Basic technical logs may be maintained by our hosting provider for security and performance.

Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party profiling on this site. That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Two features store small amounts of data in your own browser. Neither is sent to us, and neither is used to identify or follow you:
- Ground Intelligence draft answers. If you begin the questionnaire, your answers are saved in your browser so a refresh or a closed tab does not lose your work. They stay on your device, are offered back to you for seven days, and are deleted the moment you submit. Clearing your browser data removes them immediately.
- Internal dashboard sign-in. Authorised Stoniq staff only. The access key is held for the duration of the browser session and discarded when the tab closes.
These are strictly necessary for the features to work, so no separate consent is requested for them.
Third-party services your browser contacts
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the typefaces. Your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.
- Cloudflare CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — serves the 3D viewer library on the product viewer page only.
- Google Apps Script and Google Workspace — receives and stores form submissions, as described above.
- Netlify — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
Withdrawing your consent
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may withdraw consent at any time, and doing so must be as straightforward as giving it. Write to info@stoniqhardscapes.com with the word Withdraw in the subject line and tell us which submission it concerns. We will delete your personal data and confirm within 30 days.
Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may keep anonymised, aggregated findings that can no longer identify you.
Your rights
- Ask what personal data of yours we hold, and why
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to erase it
- Withdraw consent, as above
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved
