FAQ

Good questions

When will the unit begin operations?

Operations at the state-of-the-art manufacturing unit at Vijayapura, Karnataka are expected to commence in February 2027. For updates, write to us at info@stoniqhardscapes.com.

What products will Stoniq manufacture?

The proposed range covers interlocking, heavy-duty and permeable pavers, paving slabs, hollow and solid blocks, fly ash bricks, grass pavers, kerbs, tactile pavers, retaining wall blocks and premium architectural hardscape, along with a precast division for U drains, box culverts, safety & crash barriers, manholes and precast walls — proposed to conform to IS 15658 and relevant BIS standards.

How can I register as a vendor or supplier?

Use the Vendor Registration form on the main website. Suppliers of raw materials, logistics, equipment and services are all welcome to register their interest — our team will reach out as procurement begins.

Will there be dealership opportunities?

Yes — a dealer network is planned across Karnataka and neighbouring states. Write to info@stoniqhardscapes.com with your location and current business profile, and we will contact you as the network takes shape.

What paver thickness should I use for my driveway or road?

As a rule of thumb under IS 15658: 60 mm pavers suit pedestrian and light residential use, 80 mm suits car parks, driveways and light commercial traffic, and 100 mm suits heavy commercial and industrial traffic such as container yards and bus terminals. See our Knowledge Hub for the full guide.

What is IS 15658?

IS 15658 is the Bureau of Indian Standards specification for precast concrete blocks for paving. It defines strength grades (such as M30, M40 and M50), dimensional tolerances, water absorption and abrasion requirements. Stoniq's proposed quality systems are being designed around this benchmark.

Do pavers fade over time?

Cheap single-mix blocks with low pigment content fade quickly. Premium pavers made with a dedicated face-mix layer, quality iron-oxide pigments and controlled curing retain colour for many years. Our Knowledge Hub explains what to look for.
