Stoniq Hardscapes LLP is founded by Vijay S. Alur together with co-founder Anand S. Angadi, bringing over three decades of combined experience in India's construction and infrastructure sectors. Vijay and Anand's grounding spans highways, bridges, irrigation systems and industrial infrastructure projects across Karnataka — with Sunita S. Alur advising closely on strategy, drawing on her own infrastructure-sector background, and Shridevi Angadi advising on the venture's environmental commitments.
This foundation of experience in quality execution, on-time delivery, and integrity in large-scale projects has directly shaped Stoniq's approach to hardscape manufacturing. The venture represents a strategic new business—not an extension of past work, but an entirely new manufacturing platform focused specifically on engineered, architect-grade hardscape solutions.
Stoniq applies 30+ years of construction and engineering knowledge to manufacturing premium, precision-engineered hardscape products that meet the rigorous demands of architects, developers, and quality-conscious contractors across India.

Holds an advisory role alongside the Designated Partners. Together with Sunita, leads Stoniq's clean-energy and environmental agenda — energy monitoring, sourcing criteria and reporting discipline.

Status: Pre-operational manufacturing unit under commissioning. All products, specifications and employment figures are proposed and subject to change based on final plant configuration and regulatory compliance.

Stoniq's manufacturing platform is being developed around repeatable processes, standardised quality systems, diversified product lines and scalable market access.
Direct project supply engages architects, builders and landscape consultants with project-specific products and finishes. Institutional customers including government, infrastructure agencies and corporate developers receive volume pricing and reliability guarantees. Dealer networks across Karnataka and neighbouring markets provide local access, design support and project site delivery.
The model enables additional products and manufacturing capacity to be introduced as demand develops — from infrastructure precast (U-drains, culverts, barriers) to specialty finishes and formats — without restarting from a fixed design.

Status: Manufacturing unit is under development. Operations are proposed to commence in approximately April 2027, subject to completion of facility construction, equipment installation, testing and regulatory approvals.
