Stoniq Hardscapes LLP was founded by Vijay S. Alur together with co-founder Anand S. Angadi — two Designated Partners with direct, hands-on involvement in construction and industrial manufacturing. Sunita S. Alur holds an advisory role, working closely with Vijay on strategy. Together with Shridevi Angadi, Sunita also leads Stoniq's environmental agenda; Shridevi likewise holds an advisory role centred on that green mandate.
Founders & Designated Partners
Two Designated Partners, equally invested in the venture and equally accountable for it. The Padganur facility is designed by both; each then carries the half of the business the other doesn't.
Vijay S. Alur
Vijay S. Alur founded Stoniq Hardscapes LLP together with co-founder Anand S. Angadi. He brings direct construction-sector exposure to the venture, developed since joining S S Alur Construction Company — the Vijayapura infrastructure contractor active across highways, bridges, irrigation and industrial works in Karnataka. That grounding put him alongside materials procurement, site delivery and the quality expectations of institutional clients well before Stoniq was conceived.
Executive remit: As Chief Executive Officer, Vijay provides overall strategic and executive leadership, and oversees business planning, finance, commercial strategy, sales, branding, institutional relationships and growth. The aim is a manufacturer that architects, developers and public agencies can specify with confidence.
Technology & process: The Padganur facility is designed by both Designated Partners together. Within that, technology selection and process design sit with Vijay — the forming route, curing strategy and the product requirements the plant is being built to meet. Day-to-day quality assurance and the testing laboratory sit with the Chief Operating Officer.
Key focus areas: market positioning, product portfolio direction, manufacturing technology and process selection, commercial strategy, sales and channel development, brand development, and institutional and channel relationships across South and Western India.
Anand S. Angadi
Anand S. Angadi co-founded Stoniq Hardscapes LLP alongside Vijay S. Alur, bringing experience across industrial operations, maintenance and building-material retail to the venture. His exposure spans plant operations, logistics and material handling — the working end of industry rather than the boardroom view of it.
Designing & building the plant: Anand designs the Padganur facility alongside Vijay, and owns its delivery — layout and material flow, equipment procurement and commissioning, contractor and supplier coordination on site, and staffing and training the shop floor.
Plant operations: Once operations begin, the day-to-day running of the plant sits with him — production output, maintenance, procurement coordination, logistics and workforce deployment, alongside the quality and safety systems that govern what leaves the line.
Key focus areas: plant design and layout, equipment procurement and commissioning, production output and yield, batch quality consistency, workforce recruitment and training, and safety compliance.

Sunita S. Alur and Shridevi Angadi hold an advisory role in Stoniq Hardscapes LLP. Sunita works closely with Vijay on strategic direction, drawing on her own infrastructure-sector background; together with Shridevi, she leads the venture's clean-energy and environmental agenda — commitments the facility is being designed around rather than retrofitted to.
Sunita S. Alur
Sunita S. Alur holds an advisory role in Stoniq Hardscapes LLP, working closely with Vijay S. Alur on the venture's strategic direction. Her involvement is grounded in direct infrastructure-sector exposure gained at S S Alur Construction Company, where she worked across the administrative and stakeholder side of infrastructure contracting in Vijayapura — experience that informs how she advises on institutional relationships and long-term positioning.
Green mandate: Together with Shridevi Angadi, Sunita leads Stoniq's clean-energy and environmental agenda. Her focus is on-site generation and resource use — solar capacity at the Padganur facility, water recirculation and rainwater harvesting, and the recovery of process waste and offcuts back into the mix. She also advises on the venture's relationships with local communities and regulatory bodies.
Shridevi Angadi
Shridevi Angadi holds an advisory role in Stoniq Hardscapes LLP, working alongside the Designated Partners on the venture's development and its environmental commitments.
Green mandate: Together with Sunita S. Alur, Shridevi leads Stoniq's clean-energy and environmental agenda. Her focus is efficiency and accountability — energy and consumption monitoring across the plant, environmental criteria applied to sourcing and vendor selection, and the reporting discipline needed to substantiate any claim Stoniq makes about how it manufactures. Where an environmental target cannot be measured and evidenced, it does not get published.
